Constructed from high-strength ductile iron, with induction-hardened lobes achieving HRC 55–60 for enhanced wear resistance and dimensional stability under sustained high-load operation.

CNC-ground cam profile to ±0.01 mm tolerance, with polished journal and lobe surfaces to reduce sliding friction against tappets, minimize parasitic power loss, and provide corrosion resistance for extended service life.
⚠️ Mandatory Supporting Modifications
Requires upgraded valvetrain components (heavy-duty springs with 36 lb seat pressure, billet connecting rod, billet flywheel), aftermarket carburetor (Tillotson or larger), and revised ignition timing at 36° BTDC. Valve lash must be set to 0.003" (intake/exhaust).
Not compatible with stock internals.
