✨ Upgraded Metallic Baking Paint Coating
This mini bike fuel tank cancels carbon fiber wrap, using integrated automotive metallic baking paint to resist gasoline erosion. Wipe spilled gasoline promptly, and the coating stays intact without melting, peeling or blistering during daily use. Paint holds well indoors or in outdoor sunlight, fixing the peeling defect common with film-covered fuel tanks.
💧 Leak-Resistant Design
Vented fuel cap helps maintain stable pressure inside the tank and reduces the chance of fuel spillage during intense rides.
Installation note: Recommended cap torque is 3–5 N·m, do not exceed 6 N·m. The plastic tank has limited thread strength; overtightening may cause cracking.
🔧 Complete Installation Kit
Includes metal fuel valve, fuel line, clamps, nuts, and washers for a straightforward setup.
Before installing a new seal ring, apply a small amount of oil-resistant silicone grease on the contact surface – this helps improve sealing and reduces rubber aging or sticking.
